Dr. Rivard was born and raised in Michigan. He received his anesthesia training at the University of Michigan where he was a chief resident and received the Robert B. Sweet award for humanitarian and physician. He is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He has close to 30 years of clinical anesthesia experience during which time he has administered ketamine both as an anesthetic and pain management agent.He is a member of the American and Michigan Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Society of Regional Anesthesiologists, and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He is very excited to be able to provide these services to improve peoples lives.
Dr. Griffith was born and raised in Ohio. She received her training from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the University of Michigan anesthesiology residency program. She is double board certified in anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology and in pain medicine by the American Board of Pain Medicine. She has nearly 20 years of clinical anesthesia experience and currently maintains a clinic practice in Interventional Pain Management in Alpena, MI. She is a member of the American and Michigan Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Society of Regional Anesthesiologists, the American Society of Addiction Medicine and the North American Neuromodulation Society. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Dr. Griffith is pleased to bring additional health care services to the northern Michigan area.
